3. Powertrain Only, this is considered basic coverage and will only apply to the major mechanical components on your vehicle. This plan will appeal to the do it yourself mechanic or those that really only concern themselves with a major claim, such as an engine or transmission.

POWERTRAIN PLAN Request Quote

Engine - All internal lubricated parts, Cylinder block and heads, Factory installed turbocharger or supercharger units, Flywhell, Manifolds, Oil pan and oil pump, Seals and gaskets, Thermostat, the thermostat housing and gasket, Engine mounts, Timing chain cover, Timing gears and chain or belt, Valve covers, Water pump.

Transmission - All internal parts, Seals and gaskets, Torque converter, Transfer case, Transmission care.

Car Rental Allowance - This plan may offer rental reimbursement any time a covered component fails and repairs take overnight. Refer to your service agreement for availability of rental reimbursement and specific rental allowances.

Front Wheel Drive - Axle shafts, Final drive housing and internal parts, Front wheel bearings, Locking rings and automatic front locking hubs (Four wheel drive vehicles), Seals and gaskets, Universal and constant velocity joints.

Rear-Wheel Drive - Axle shafts, Drive axle housing and internal parts, Drive shaft, Rear wheel bearings, Retainers, Seals and gaskets, Universal and constant velocity joints.

Fuel System / Components - Diesel injectors and lines, Diesel injector pump, Diesel lift pump, Distributor cap and rotor, Distributor housing and shaft, Engine mounts, Fuel pump, Flywheel/ring gear, Fuel tank and lines, Gas fuel injectors, Pump and lines, Harmonic balancer and bolt, Radiator, External transmission module, Transmission mounts, Rear axle hub bearings, Rear struts, Front wheel bearings.

Steering - Control valve and cylinder, Cooler and cooler lines, Couplings, Linkages, Main and intermediate shafts, Manual and power steering gear housing and all internal parts, Power steering pump, Seals and gaskets.

Front Suspension - King pins and bushings, Linkage and bushings, McPherson struts, spindle and spindle supports, Stabilizer bar, Tie rods, Upper and lower ball joints, Upper and lower control arms, Control arm shafts and bushings.
